Exchange 2007 experience (2010 a plus) – The candidate should have real world experience administering a multi-site Exchange environment, any clustering experience CCR in 2007 or using DAGs in 2010 is a definite plus. Candidate should be familiar with all tools we use like eseutil, power shell for basic administrative tasks like checking queues and user administration. Candidate should be familiar with all Exchange Roles as well as basic Exchange routing.
Active Directory (2008 R2 a plus) – User should be knowledgeable on Active Directory to include, ADSIEdit, Sites and Services, trusts, DNS, FSMO roles and what they do, configuring security groups etc…
Windows Client Services – DHCP, file and print services etc…
Server Builds – Candidate should be familiar with how to troubleshoot hardware including rebuilding RAID configurations after failed drives for DELL servers, Cisco C series servers a plus, RAM upgrades as well as how to build and configure a system and RAID configuration using the system build disk and RAID controller BIOS for DELL and Cisco C series a plus.
2) Unix Engineer

The candidate will be part of a 5 man team and required to complete server builds on there own. The candidate needs to be a quick learner as there are some in house systems they will need to use.

- Participate in business development activities in conjunction with our sales, marketing, client services, and lab operations team..
- Make configuration changes or custom coding, testing and deployment of enhancements based on our business needs.
- Be responsible and accountable for maintaining the system, adding new features and functionality, and integrating it with other software products used by the organization.
- Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in SalesForce.com. Perform routine system admin and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com functionalities and modules.
- Must be very comfortable with Sales functionality of SFDC – Leads, Opportunities, Territory Management etc.
- Data load into SFDC from external sources
- Experience integrating (batch and real time) SFDC application with other systems.
- 5+ years of combined experience in software development (non SFDC environment OK, Java a Huge Plus)
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com configuration / custom development. You must have a thorough understanding of Salesforce.com, including the Force.com platform.
- 2+ years of working experience in implementing Salesforce.com integrations with Enterprise IT organizations
- Expert at Salesforce configuration, Visual Force pages, triggers, workflows and Apex coding
- Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com
- Experience in Data Migration, Cleansing, De-duplication etc., Hands-on developer
- Ability to code from specification with little oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be working with sophisticated clients, both in person and virtually and must be proficient at bridging between business needs and technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.
