US Citizens/GC/EAD Preferred

Looking for Web Front End Engineer with excellent experience developing web applications using HTML, CSS< JavaScript, JavaScript libraries like JQuery, MooTools, Dojo, etc. Some experience in Java and Spring MVC is a big plus.
