 Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview – Phone then Personal.  F2F is required! Candidates need to be somewhat local – MA, RI, NH, CT.  Required Skills: MUST  have strong AGILE experience.  Someone that has actually worked in Agile and promotes the methodology and not just someone that lists Agile on their resume Must have some experience from a product company – ie company that creates, develops some sort of product. Worked with or has knowledge of working with Offshore teams Independent personality to work on their own but can work great with others. MUST have strong communication. They will be working with a small team supporting one project at a time. SQL, Linux, Java, web and systems testing Manual and Automated testing.  Any Automated Tool is sufficient but they do use Selenium primarily.
