Opportunity - Brand new Siebel 8.1.1.x Call Center deployment for US. This will be for 225 users out of which 150 are nurses. Currently they have 2 Drugs each of which has its own call center silo apps and the 3rd Drug is being launched on Sep 30th. So the new Siebel application will be merging them into a new instance which will support of 2 old + 1 new drug.
This will be multi-org (business units), multi-product (brands) spread across Teva Neuroscience, Teva Respitory, TNS, etc.
