Position : Release Planner
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration : 4-6 Months+

• Reviewing all inbound requests and processing accordingly
• Tracking of all requests to completion
• Development and facilitation of plans for complex requests and upgrades
• Provide implementation plans for production upgrades requiring outages
• Responsible for RFC coordination from receipt to execution. This
includes making sure RFC is compliant, resources are assigned and RFCs
are approved.
• Provide RFC status Reports and Metrics
• Attend regional meetings and provide cover for Regional Technology
Managers as required
