Job Description:
• Must be Proactive, Enthusiastic, Self Directed, Self motivated.
• Must have handled multiple Automation projects involving Microsoft .NET/C# programming
• Must have designed and developed one or more Automation Frameworks using Microsoft .NET/C# programming languages
• Excellent communication, customer interfacing, coordination and ownership skills
• Ability to Program and Script Automation Test scenarios using C# programming languages & Ranorex (huge plus).
• Good at stakeholder management
• Good understanding of test planning, test strategy, test process and test metrics
• Excellent Project Management skills - experience on SDLC, AGILE and Scrum methodology, project planning & defect management, Automation strategy and Planning.
• Knowledge on TFS, MTM, Distributed Test execution are major plus.
• Able to work independently as well as a Team player, should be able to manage teams and manage offshore communication.
• Able to gain knowledge on the application within a short time and understand project dynamics
• Working knowledge in various Design Patterns and Object Oriented Design techniques.
• Is expected to pro-actively analyze current processes and practices, ability to suggest/ drive improvements. Also, defines processes as needed
