Requirement: Technical Analyst Consultant - Washington DC

Required 5 Years

Be able to forecast & monitor the telecom burn rates w/the approved budgets

Experience in analyzing vendor invoices

Experience in demonstrate analytical skill set and problem solving

Experience in validating the ordered vs. Billed Services

Experience in work on dispute resolution process with telecom vendors

Experience in write queries/reports, pull records from database (MS SQL)

Knowledge of contractual, budgetary and financial practices and procedures

Maintain excellent customer service & open communication w/customers & mgmt

Prior exp maintaining, administering telecom contracts & invoices
