· The Sr. Microstrategy Architect is the lead technical architect in the area of Microstrategy and OLAP capabilities.
· He or she has overall technical responsibility for establishing and sustaining high performance
· Microstrategy services in support of analysts and data scientists within Sears.
· The Senior Microstrategy Architect plays a critical role in enabling the ability to bring order and insight to the data.

9. Other Skills:
· Subject Matter Expert and Evangelist on enterprise data, OLAP, data analysis, data modeling, SQL constructs and workload management.
· Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organization, documentation, and presentation skills (to executive level staff and to large groups).
· Demonstrated ability to lead, persuade, and gain consensus from very diverse audiences.
· Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and different experience levels.
· Expert knowledge of the Microstrategy suite of analytical tools
· Ability to train and mentor others in the use of Microstrategy software and techniques.
· Experience in the retail sector is a plus
