Web server Admin-
Design, Implement, Review and Manage Webserver estate.
Performance Tuning ,Handlers and Filters ,SSl, Security ,Trouble shooting, Load Balancers ,Advanced scripting.
Should have expert knowledge webservers such as IIS, I Planet, Apache
Scripting Infra-[Advanced Shell Scripting]
-Development of Scripts for complex Data parsing, Analysis and Report generation -Development of
Scripts for Disk monitoring, Network load tracking & management.
System Monitoring and Diagnostics, Recovering from crashes, Performance tuning.
Middleware Performance Tuning
Analyze Memory leaks, Java Thread dumps.Providing solutions to optimize APPS/Web/MQ infra
MQ Administration
Performing IBM Web sphere MQ admin activities such as Performance Tuning, Capacity planning, BCP, Cluster Design / implementation/ Troubleshooting
Web Sphere-App Server
Migration,App Server upgrade,Cluster troublshooting,Monitoring ofclusters,Cluster Administration, Perform system problem determinationprocedures ,Analyze performance to identify systembottlenecks and suggestcorrective action , Heap dump analysis,,Ant/JACL/JAYTHON scripting withrespect to App server Admin Tasks
Web Content Management-
Should have architected, designed solution based on Content Management product ike Interwoven, Vignette, Fatwire,OpenCMS
Able to evaluate, propose different content management products and solutions Suggest from different strategies forcontent storage,publising,retrival and
delivery Good understanding of content life cycle, processes and integration with enterprise systems and securityaspects Strong J2EE background with
exposure to designing web applications and portals Exposure to different search and retrieval mechanisms Hardware andcapacity planning Recommend web
content management product based on requirements Should have certification in one of the content managementproducts Certification in one or more ECM tools. Recommend, architect, design and implementation of CMS environment : Web site management, frameworks,content organization strategy, taxonomy and
metadata, content migration strategy, publishing framework and propose best practices.
Should be able to provide estimates for complex ECM system.
