Job Description:-
Superior communication and comprehension skills are paramount.
Must have good development skills with minimum 1 year of Flex experience.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Need is critical. Client is extremely responsive and has interviewed every single candidate we've sent them so far..
UI Flex Development.
The position includes working on multiple back to back projects involving heavy Flex and Actionscript coding.
Candidates need strong object oriented coding with expert knowledge of Flex and Actionscript 4. Having an understanding of how frameworks can be used is critical.
Middle tier Java coding will also be required.
Candidates are expected to thoroughly test their code including the use of automated tests.
Clear communication is critical since there are multiple projects with many developers involved.
Candidates must be able to clearly comprehend what is needed and be able to clearly communicate their status and obstacles.
