Acts as a development lead on universe design projects. Receives complex business requirements and architects solutions based on best practices regarding performance, scalability, and reliability. Leverages expertise in troubleshooting to provide a single point of contact for challenges pertaining to network, file system, and registry components. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of business plans and adherence to SLA. Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area. 4 year degree and 7+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.7-10 years background (SQL design, development, configuration, testing, debugging)5-7 years Business Objects universe development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self motivated, independent worker with good organization, analytical and problem solving skills
