Skills Required and Job Description:

Must be EAD/Green Card/Citizen Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database. Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues.  The assessment engagement will include the following: Review existing EBS version 12.1.3 configuration in both application, concurrent and database tier in one (1) non-production environment Review of existing application and database server configurations Review of existing operating system and database parameters Review existing EBS configuration and patches Review of existing EBS performance metrics Collection of statistics through Automatic Database Diagnostic Monitor (“ADDM”), Automatic Workload Repository (“AWR”) or Oracle Enterprise Manager (“OEM”) Review gathered statistics, including “wait events”, logical and physical Input/Output (“I/O”) and Central Processing Unit (“CPU”) usage Review any issues identified based on the statistics gathered in section A.1.A.6. above Review the Structured Query Language (“SQL”) statements based on the statistics gathered Provide recommendations on changes to application, database configuration changes, operating system and database parameters and assist in implementation Provide recommendations for changes to SQL statement to address issues with performing statements identified by you.
