Job Description:	Provide technical leadership and participate in the design and development of complex, scalable, enterprise applications. · Work with team members to design, develop, improve, maintain, and support server and client components that adhere to modern standards. · Evangelize and mentor peers on enterprise application development strategies, technologies, techniques, tools and guidelines. Guide the adoption of new technologies. · Define enterprise server patterns and advocate for consistency across the suite of applications. · Present and defend architectural, design, and technical choices. · Perform peer design and code reviews. · Keep current with technology development within the industry and bring fresh ideas to the table. · A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a technical leadership role in a software development team; 15 years'' combined work experience preferred. · Experience with designing and implementing complex, high volume, mission critical commercial hosted and client-server enterprise systems and applications. · Experience with .NET technologies. Experience with Java technologies a huge plus. · Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture and best practices. · Excellent understanding of design patterns and object oriented programming. · Strong programming experience. · Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. · Ability to mentor development team members including more junior developers. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
