Role: Design, develop and implement highly complex computer programs. Contribute to complex problem solving.
Assist support personnel in locating and resolving complex problems with programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing,
software conversions
· Minimum of 4 years leading a group of staff numbering over 5 in the design of program specifications and
the implementation of software solutions
• Must have background developing Java applications in a WebSphere environment, preferably in a SOA/Web Services based application and preferably in Rational Application Developer/Eclipse

JD:
Role: Code and debug applications in the proposed software languages, unit test computer programs,
interface with co-workers and other project personnel, prepare test JCL, prepare unit test cases.
Business Rules Implementation, assure computer programs are in compliance with specifications
through careful review of test results.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access,
data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation,
technical and user documentation, software conversions; in the proposed hardware and
software environment (see below)
Experience with developing websites using portals, portlets and Business Process Management/workflow applications
