Duration : 6-12 months

Rate: DOE

 

 

Required Skills –

-3-5 years Business Systems Analyst experience in the Credit Card Industry

-5-7 years of general Business Systems Analyst experience

-Leadership skills to work with peers across teams

-Analytical skills

-Functional documentation

-Organizational skills

-Detail-oriented

-MS Office skills

-Issue resolution

-Oral and written communication

-Ability to multi-task

 

Knowledge required is intermediate:

-LOB knowledge  Credit Card Services

-Business processes and procedures

-Business applications

-May be required to have business-specific skills/certification

 

Business Analysis Responsibilities:

-Analyze complex data to determine project impacts and drive design solutions

-Eventually lead a team of BSAs through the project lifecycle

-Prepares functional documentation for internal and external audiences

-Participates in high level business initiatives and assist with all levels business functional analysis and design.

-Work directly with developers and QA to flush out design and complete project development lifecycle
