Description:
The Project Manager, PMO Methodology and Quality is responsible for one or more of the disciplines required to ensure quality project management. They will work to enforce and improve adoption of standard PMO disciplines, ensuring compliance and leverage of the standards to improve project success.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects utilizing standard processes and tools, overseeing complex projects and/or administrative processes:
3+ years Project Management experience, preferable in software & services
Experience managing standard approach to scope management & issue resolution
PMI Certification desired, and/or relevant experience
Experience managing projects or PMO processes within a portfolio of strategic projects
Proven ability to develop and improve project management skills, behaviors, & processes
Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management experience and skills
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Key Interactions:
Program and project management, delivery leaders of Ecommerce organization
PMO Controllers and Sr. Management within Ecommerce organization
