Job Description    Prudential is seeking a full-time senior level Sales Force Tetster . The person should posses:
•    Product knowledge of Salesforce.com (Sales Automation and CRM)
•    Experience testing on a Saleforce.com rollout with bespoke customizations
•     Experience testing on a Saleforce.com rollout with integration to external systems
•    Functional testing of all products (primarily based on Salesforce.com)
•    Close interaction with team members from Development and Product
•    Derive test strategies and test cases from requirements and execute said tests
•    A solid history of testing data heavy web applications Proven ability to be a Self starter, motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
•    Excellent communications and analytical skills, both oral and written

•    Proven experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services
•    Experience with multiple, complex, and at least three large Sales force implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process
•    Understanding of best practices and design trade-offs, with the ability to communicate design choices
•    Proven ability to be a Self starter, motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
•    Excellent communications and analytical skills, both oral and written
