3.       Specifics on the project – I think you mentioned this is 11i work not R12?

Rolta will provide resources to work with the Customer team in a three-week functional assessment of Customer's current instance of Oracle Master Scheduling MRP, Oracle Demand Planning, and Oracle Manufacturing Scheduling applications (Version 11.5.10) that are in-use at the Beloit, Wisconsin facility.  The assessment approach is comprised of the following steps that are planned for execution over a 10-day period:

·         Step One         –  Discovery (Business Process & Oracle Applications Overview)

·         Step Two         –  Planning & Scheduling (Areas of Focus, Activities Planning, Schedule

                  Coordination, Validation of Scope & Timeline)

·         Step Three      –  Collaborative Analysis (by Application & Business Process)

·         Step Four        –  Synthesis (Summarize Findings and Formulate Recommendations)

·         Step Five         –  Report (Formal Presentation of Recommendations)
