Job Details:

Role: - BMC Remedy AR System Development 
Location: - Dallas, TX
Duration: - 12+ months
Client: Tech Mahindra (AT&T)

3 to 5 years of BMC Remedy AR System Development and Administration
 
Skills/ technologies required:

·         Development experience in Remedy applications from version 6.3; preferably in AR Server 7.5.
·         Development experience in BMC Remedy
 ITSM Suite 7.1 onwards.
·         Good understanding of AR Customization, Workflows, AR Server logs, Escalations, Filters ,Webservices,DSO
·         Good understanding of tools – AR Admin ,
 ARImport Tool
·         Should be able to configure and install mid-tier.
·         Should have worked on Remedy AR System Installation and Upgrade from 6.1 to 7.5
·         Excellent written/ verbal communication skills.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
·         Maintain and support AT&T applications based on Remedy AR for the following:

1.     Requirement Gathering & Analysis

2.     Design, Development

3.     Testing

4.     UAT, Deployment and Warranty Support

5.     Production Support

6.     Project Management

·         Resolution of the outages in minimum time.
·         Coordinate with external teams to track defects till closure.
·         Manage development progression, ensure that problem reports and issues are resolved or escalated to concerned people.
