Job Title: Tivoli Consultant

Location: Deerfield, IL

Duration : Long Term Contract

 

The Tivoli Consultant should have 3 to 5 years' experience implementing monitoring tools and solutions.  

 

Additionally they need to have the following skills:
·         Strong Communication Skills
·         Ability to translate user requirements to technical solutions
·         Understanding of Tivoli Monitoring Architecture
·         Knowledgeable in Linux, Solaris, AIX, and Windows
·         Strong Scripting Skills (Bash, Perl)
·         ITM and ITCAM Products - Creating and Troubleshooting Situations
·         Experience building custom automations with  Omnibus
·         Experience  building custom policies with Impact  
·         Experience building custom Dashboards and Tools using OMNIbus and Web GUI
Not Required but a Plus:

• Knowledge of  Tivoli Data Warehouse
• Knowledge of  Cognos version of  Tivoli Common Reporting
