Job Description:
Liaise with the Central IT support team and other technical service provider to develop and manage strategy and plans to transition from the delivery phase to support phase for all activities impacting the DS business enablement team.
2. Participate in planning activities to ensure a cohesive plan exists across the enablement team.
3. Liaise with the Integration, Business Readiness and Solution Factory leads to determine transition model for seamless handoffs of requirements and specifications from the business readiness team to the solution factory for delivery.
Skills and Skill Levels: Technical Skills and Experience:
• Experience with Project Management
• Experience with Resource Management
• Information/Data Management
• Experience with strategy and planning for transitioning from delivery to support
• Global Live Link and Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and 2010 is desirable
• Issue and Risk Management Soft Skills and Experience:
• Organizational skills – priorities must be managed and negotiated.
• Communication skills
– must be able to interact across the DS organisation in a professional and confident manner.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work with remote resources
• Flexible work hours as stakeholders span international boundaries
• Willing to maintain formal documentation
