2 - Strong learning/development/training skills, specifically for technology/support teams (preferred cisco/avaya/telephony skills)

 

3 - Strong client communication and relationship skills required Support level knowledge of the following Cisco related technologies would also be helpful:

 

Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise

Cisco CVP
