REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 recent years of hands-on web development experience.
3 or more yrs. experience in the USA (preferably for mid to large sized employers).
Highly proficient with Java/J2EE/Weblogic/Oracle.
5 years of experience Java / J2EE
3 years of experience SQL Server Development
3 years of experience PL/SQL Development
3 years of experience with Apache Struts & Spring
Experience with both backend and frontend technologies.
Experience in QA Testing Frameworks like WebTest or Selenium.
Extensive experience with Object Oriented Programming.
Passionate and committed with strong sense of ownership and craftsmanship.
Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).
