Job Description.
Looking for a full-time permanent / contract hands-on Senior .net Developer / Tech Lead in MS .NET Technologies for immediate start on project in Boston.
Experience in Capital markets ideally, Hedge Funds or Private Equity or Investment Banks, a plus. 
Candidate will need to interact with client and work in onsite-offshore model.   

Job Requirements.
• Experience working in an Onsite / Offshore model • Hands-on with development on .NET technologies  • Experience with WCF / WPF
• Awareness on Win Form based application development • Experienced with all phases of SDLC • Good SQL Server Database concepts [tables design , indexing / stored procedure / views / complex queries ]
• Experience with Design patterns and Concepts of OOPS
• Strong communication skills • Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Strong debugging skills • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
