Experience required: 6-7 years experience (CISCO experience preferred)
Technical Skills:
Java, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSD, XSLT, SOA Test, SOAP UI, WS-Sec, SSL certificates, authentication & authorization, LDAP, AD
Client Engagement:
Understand client specific requirements for service virtualization in WSG
Work with client teams to do POC in WSG lab
Make clients understand the WSG engagement process that includes SOA governance and Demand clearing
Work with client teams during initial subpolicy configuration, issues
SOA and Governance related:
Define/update WSG subpolicy validation process as per SOA, WSG Standards
Work with client teams to validate the WSG subpolicy configuration/features/gaps identified during SOA governance
Develop, release and support extensions for AXG like logging, oam extensions
Develop, support service monitoring/alerting programs/scripts for WSG services
Handle client teams questions/concerns related to WSG through wsg-help alias
WSG Operations:
WSG subpolicy configuration, validation and promotion
Guide client teams to understand the WSG Provisioning process after SOA governance, Demand clearing
Define/update WSg subpolicy provisioning, promotion and migration process
Validate and support the subpolicy automation through WSG PSOM
Handle WSG case escalations and support
Communicate with support team on the features, process related updates to WSG
Meet/update support team on the common troubleshooting related to WSG cases
WSG support during ermo, quarterly and other releases
Documentation related to WSG subpolicy validation, Developer's guide, subpolicy provisioning and promotion process updates
AXG Replacement Evaluation
