Rate/compensation:	All inclusive hourly rate
Requirement Details:   This position is for Building and Documenting Redhat Linux servers for a SAP project using Capgemini Standards, this project also has aggressive time lines for building these servers. After these server are built a requirment will be working closely with the the SAP Basis team on getting SAP file systems built and installed.  This could involve weekend work and after hour work for this project.    Build and configure Redhat Linux servers for ERP systems.  Work with the Backup and Monitoring team on the new installed servers Work with the SAP Basis team on getting SAP installed and running. Documentation on the Build and commissioning process is complete The successful candidate will need 3-5 years experience in a Redhat Linux administration.  Experience supporting client/server based ERP solutions.  Strong technical (e.g. systems design) and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and convey complex technical information.  Knowledge of networking, primarily TCP/IP and Storage networking.  Experience with system clustering products.  Strong Knowledge using LVM in building SAP systems and doing of shell scripting.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills.  Experience developing and maintaining technical procedures and documentation   The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to function well in a team environment.  This position requires the ability to understand customer business processes and provide hardware solutions to meet business requirements.  Also requires interaction with multiple teams and resources within the Kansas City service center and throughout the Capgemini organization. The successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.  This position requires candidate to analyze complex performance issues, researching vendor patches and tuning guide.  The candidate will also be required to extrapolate specific requirements from general vendor guidelines and instructions to create customized solutions for our clients.  his position performs under regular supervision and is accountable for achieving project goals and overall results as a team member
