 Job Description :
 

·         Collaborates with Application and Infrastructure teams to provide architectural and technical guidance and oversight for directory services

·         Acts as technical advisor for directory services' architecture, integration, compatibility and customization, including design development and system implementation

·         Optimizes current directory architectures and translates business needs into technical architecture requirements

·         Works with necessary technical resources to design and document best practice solutions ensuring predictability, reliability and quality for new directory solutions

·         Adapts and masters new systems to present best options for integration

·         Provides expert guidance during the project life cycle, serving as directory services-matter expert

·         Develops and oversees testing strategies to ensure rigorous testing and validation of systems prior to production

·         Collaborates with peers to ensure the Active Directory (AD) infrastructure integrates seamlessly with all components including network, security, messaging and remote access, and virtualized computing environments

·         Develops an integrated and comprehensive solution for managing identities and credentials utilizing RBAC

·         Reviews and makes recommendations for improvement on existing directory infrastructure

·         Active Directory Skill Set

·         Working knowledge of Active Directory Database and Server administration and troubleshooting

·         Active Directory Object Management and Troubleshooting – High

·         Active Directory Domain Controller Support and Troubleshooting - Medium

·         Active Directory Replication Management and Troubleshooting - Medium

·         Active Directory DNS Troubleshooting - High

·         Working Knowledge with Windows Server 2003 Support Tools (as they relate to AD tasks) - Medium

·         Active Directory Sites and Services Management - Medium

·         Active Directory Security Knowledge - Medium

·         Active Directory Group Policy Creation/Administration/Troubleshooting - High

·         Scripting with Directory Services Query tools - Medium

·         Working Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 Platforms - High

·         Scripting in VBS – Medium

·         Scripting in Power Shell - Low to Medium

·         WINS

·         LDAP

·         Networking (TCP/IP)

·         MS Workstation experience (2000/XP/vista/Windows 7)
