Technical Skills
Solaris Virtualization
Working Knowledge of VMware products
RedHat Enterprise Linux
NAS (NFS) Storage (Preferably NetApp)
Experience in System and Storage Sizing
Cisco ACE/CSM Load Balancer Experience
Understanding of DMZ/Firewall
Working Knowledge of System Migration (p2v, v2v etc)
System Performance Tuning
Understanding of Disaster Recovery
Working knowledge of SAN/iSCSI/NFS/CIFS
Soft Skills Priority
Able to work with internal customers and various extended team members
Good Team Player
Able to understand/translate business requirements and provide technical solutions
Able to deliver and meet the commitments
Able to work with PMs to define delivery goals
