Senior Oracle EBusiness Financials Functional Analyst with proven experience upgrading 11i Financials to R12 , must have multiple R12 upgrades, in depth knowledge of SLA and expertise performing requirement gathering, functional design and perform the functional set-ups /configurations for the Financial modules on the R12 instance.
Ability to work with a team of Oracle Analysts and developers as part of the upgrade, work closely with accounting teams to develop needed system processes and procedures, provide training on all new system processes and functionality to the Accounting teams and provide training documentation and standard operations manuals to be used for future use by the Accounting teams and the Oracle Analysts.

I need a Senior Oracle Applications technical resource with hands on experience upgrading Oracle Financials from 11i to R12. The resource must be highly skilled in the use of PL/SQL and SQL development and tuning, writing PL/SQL concurrent programs, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, OAF and ADF technical stacks, working knowledge of Oracle interface tables and public packages and experience creating and modifying form personalizations.
