Position: Automation Tester

Location: Weldon Springs, MO

Duration:  1 Year 3 Months

Job Description

·        Needs to have Heavy Web Service  testing experience with Rational Functional Test tool.

·        Heavy Automation.

Technical Requirements:

·        Good knowledge of XML, XSD and the associated standards

·        Basic knowledge of object-oriented application development principles, concepts, and object-oriented analysis, and design

·        Good knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, and application servers such as WebLogic

·        Basic knowledge of products like Struts, ANT, Hibernate, Spring, Eclipse

·        Basic knowledge of UNIX operating systems

·        Good understanding of testing methodologies and concepts (i.e. test case, test scenarios, validation approach, terminologies).

·        Knowledge in tools utilized to create automated test scripts (prefer Rational Functional Tester experience).

·        Knowledge in tools utilized for Functional testing of Web Services (prefer Eviware SoapUI experience).

·        Experience in utilizing version control software (prefer IBM Rational Clearcase).

·        Experience in test case management tools (prefer IBM Rational).

·        Good knowledge of scripting languages:
  o Groovy
  o Perl
  o Unix Shell
