We need a higher level BI Developer…think of it as a true BI Consultant. Most importantly, SSAS and SSIS experience and has architect level experience but can also program as needed.

Resource will be supporting new dashboard initiatives by developing back end data architecture components and front end user interface components using the Microsoft BI technology stack. An initial version of the dashboard has been rolled out into production. This role is to support ongoing enhancements as well as architecture re-design and data validation as required. The dashboard will provide visibility to company executives in areas such as financials, vendor management, real estate, and IT.
· Query source data systems in SQL Server as necessary and learn data to support business requirements.
· Build/maintain SSIS packages to move data from source systems (both files and databases) into Staging and Data warehouse databases.
· Design and build data warehouse dimensions and fact tables as required.
· Build/modify cubes as required to support front-end user interfaces. This is expected to include KPIs, aggregations and drill-throughs as needed.
· Build PerformancePoint Dashboards with filters, SSRS reports, analytic charts, KPIs, etc.
· Build SSRS reports to support user interface requirements.
· Build SharePoint Pages using PerformancePoint or from scratch to hold BI web parts as needed.
