Windows Security Engineer

Job Description

Support the Xbox LIVE Operations Security team by providing consultative analysis on Xbox Live Services Windows Server Security.  Monitor systems for potential threats and act as a first responder during active security incidents.  Assist LIVE Services Security Engineers with data analysis and security tool tuning.

Requirements

·         Windows platform administrator – 4-6 years

·         Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

·         Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and use them to drive security throughout the environment

·         Ability to communicate effectively with management and peers

·         Willingness to respond to active security incidents during off hours, weekends, and holidays

·         Vulnerability management experience is preferred

·         MCTS AD and Configuration or MCTS Windows Internal preferred

·         ArcSight experience preferred

·         CISSP preferred

·         Tripwire tool: host security and compliance monitoring tools experience

·         Qualys/Nessus: vulnerability management experience
