4		Finance functional - Fixed Assets-Jr. Functional	5-8 Years of experience as a finance functional consultant.   Good experience in Fixed Assets. Must have at least 2 implementation experience as a finance functional consultant.   Experience in instance split will be an added advantage.
5		Finance functional - AP & IExpense -Sr. Functional	10 Years of experience as a finance functional consultant.   Good experience in AP, expense and Mark View. Must have at least 2 implementation experience as a finance functional consultant.   Experience in instance split will be an added advantage.
6		Finance functional - AP & IExpense -Jr. Functional	5  Years of experience as a finance functional consultant.   Good experience in AP, expense and Mark View. Must have at least 2 implementation experience as a finance functional consultant.   Experience in instance split will be an added advantage.
7		Project Accounting Functional	8 Years of experience as a finance functional consultant.   Good experience in Project Accounting. Must have at least 2 implementation experience as a Project Accounting functional consultant.   Experience in instance split will be an added advantage
8		SCM - Functional PO, INV (2 positions)	8 Years & 3-5 Yrs of experience as a finance functional consultant.   Good experience in PO and Inv. Must have at least 2 implementation experience as a SCM functional consultant.   Experience in instance split will be an added advantage.
9		HRMS - Functional, Benefits, Payroll	8 Years & 3-5 Yrs of experience as a HRMS functional consultant.   Good experience in Benefits and Payroll. Must have at least 2 implementation experience as a HRMS functional consultant.   Experience in instance split will be an added advantage.
10	Senior Finance Functional		·         Should carry a minimum of 12 + years of experience in Oracle Financials in various version including R11/R12 ·         Have experience of working in min 3 large end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation, and played role of financial lead/Business Analyst. ·         Degree/MBA  in Finance/Accounting, CPA will be added advantage ·         Should have carried hands on experience in core financial modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Expenses, Mark view, Fixed Assets ·         Serve as a liaison between the Finance function and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user needs. ·         Should carry a very strong Process and Consulting Knowledge, (especially on Finance and Accounting side) capable of designing and articulating approaches and solutions at a higher level, and most importantly relate to the problem. ·         Translate high-level business requirements to functional specifications for IT and manage changes to those specifications. ·         Analyze and understand Finance/Accounting strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for automating processes and functions. ·         As applicable, may lead small to medium, low-complexity projects. ·         Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in order to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. ·         Analyzes and evaluates design existing and/or proposed systems. ·         Collaborates with functional design and assist teams in providing configuration solutions for business requirements. ·         Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis. ·         Provides information, guidance, and assistance to more junior level employees. ·         Experience on approach to instance splitting/Divestiture and designing the strategy for the same would be nice to have. ·         Strong communication, and past experience of driving design and workshop sessions with Finance business users
