Job Description
Must Have Skills:
· Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in IT
· 5+ Years of PM experience in Managing End-to-End Medium to Large IT Implementations from Idea Assessment to Closure
· 4+ Years experience executing IT projects in the Healthcare Vertical or Insurance vertical
· Experience Managing projects in a multi-vendor environment
· Knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and achieve results on own initiative as well as be able to work in cross functional teams
· Ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects
· Healthcare Membership/Enrollment and/or Claims Domain knowledge
· Excellent Communication and Articulation Skills and communicate with Directors and VP Level executives and Business Sponsors.
· PMP or PRINCE2 Project Manager Certification
· Critical thinking and Problem solving skills
· Ability to make informed decisions by evaluating options in a structured manner
