Job Title:  Sr Scrum Leader

Location:  Windsor , CT

Duration: 6 months CT

Description:

We need Senior Scrum Leader with the following skill set for an immediate requirement at Onsite

·         At least 3 years experience as a scrum leader

·         Must be able to shepard a team through a high pressure fast track SDLC, as they pace through an extensive set of defects to be resolved, and handle new intake and requirements.

·         Must track all people, tasks, and responsibilities from one part of the SDLC to the next.

·         Must be willing to meticulously track every item from intake to implementation.

·         Must be able to facilitate these discussions quickly and very crisply. Average size of group 30-40 people.

·         Must have excellent communications skills with the ability to articulate to senior management when necessary.

·         Experience in Large Scale Data Warehousing and Reporting Initiatives/Implementations Desirable.

·         Experience with Oracle and Informatica and Business Objects based projects a plus.

·         Experience in Health Care a plus.
