SQL Server 2005 ETL Developer (onshore)

Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 Months

Primary Skills

•           Required 3 years of development with SQL Server 2005 SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

•           Proven ability to create, modify and monitor data loading thru SQL Server Management Studio and Business Intelligence Development Studio

•           Solid Understanding of Kimball data warehousing methodology

•           Solid Understanding of ETL processes including stage, fact and dimension tables

•           End to end project experience building out brand new data feeds to a data warehouse

•           OBIEE v11 experience nice to have, not required

•           Essbase experience nice to have, not required

 

Other related skills MUST include:

•           The ability to communicate effectively with the business

•           The ability to articulate previous examples of skills expertise

•           Write detailed documentation, processes, & flow charts

•           Think independently and take initiative off little or no requirements
