Ø  About 6-8 years of Testing experience

Ø  At least 4 years of  performance engineering experience with HP LR/PC, with experience in multiple protocols

Ø  Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ø  Leads performance test strategy formulation

Ø  Good experience in test plan development

Ø  Good analysis and reporting skills with an ability to identify performance bottlenecks

Ø  Overall performance tools (LoadRunner, Performance center etc) knowledge

Ø  Proactively analyze current processes and give recommendations

Ø  Provide technical leadership  in performance testing

Ø  Ability to focus on customer needs

                                          Ø Work independently, self motivated and minimal customer supervision is required
