• 8 – 12 Years and the person will be responsible for managing application teams from onsite and will the SPOC for the customer. Responsible for work allocation, tracking, SLA management, Resourcing etc.
• Should have done project management for min of 3 to 4 years in support/enhancement & development projects
• Must have WMS experience – minimum 2 to 5 years of hands on experience with systems in a wholesale distribution environment, shipping to retailers and direct to consumers. Functional and technical understanding of concepts such as UCC128 shipping labels, ASN's, bar coded receiving/tracking, standard BOL's, customer ticketing, conveyor sortation, etc.
• Should have technical knowledge on Cobol and Mainframe
• Good to have AS400 experience
• Should be PMA/PM Elite certified
• Will be involved in the complete SDLC for a Medium/ Large Development Project right from working on RFPs, estimation
• Should have excellent customer interaction, communication skills § Exposure to Managed services engagements, ITIL process will be an added advantage
