1. Should have worked on L2/L3 support role for either exchange 2007 / 2010. Minimum 1 Year
2. If the supporting experience is primarily on exchange 2007, should have fundamental knowledge of 2010
3. Preferable to have experience on Blackberry servers
4. Preferable to have experience on Symantec Enterprise vault
5. Good to have working experience  on HP Service Manager
6. Primary expertise on Exchange Servers
7. Total experience – 5 to 10 Years
