Major Responsibilities: 

Plan, lead and manage OCM effort for a project.  This role requires someone to come to the table with "know-how"—applied knowledge/working knowledge of OCM framework, activities, deliverables, approaches, tools and techniques. Must be able to craft OCM solutions independently, formulate and articulate points of view on OCM approaches, tools and techniques. 

 

Independently develop, write and craft approach documents for:

Stakeholder analysis,

Change impact analysis,

Project-specific communications,

Change readiness assessments,

Site readiness,

Role Education

Role Mapping

Training roster,

Change network

In order to develop, write and craft these approach documents, the person must have the depth and breadth of OCM; as well as strong written communication skills and powerpoint presentation skills to have these documents at or near a client-ready state for presenting.

Develop project workplans using MS Project.

Applied knowledge of MS Project (knows the functionality of MS Project—how to create new workplan, indent/outdent, resource leveling, fixed duration/fixed work effort, insert columns, etc)

Applied knowledge to identify/determine scope of work, deliverables and activities necessary for each Phase of an SAP implementation.

Applied knowledge to develop work breakdown structures (WBS) into deliverables, activities, tasks;  determine work effort, duration, start dates, end dates; assign resources and level resource usage
