Requirement : BAs w/ Banking or Lending Experience

Position : Business Analyst 
Duration: Long term
Location: Charlotte, NC
Rate: $45/hr

Description:


§  Create/rmanage business artifacts and processes including, but not limited to, process maps, business requirements, business rules, solutions requirements, use cases, and JAD sessions.
§  Create/manage IT artifacts and processes including, but not limited to, requirements matrix, functional requirements, use cases, defect management, and issue resolution.
§  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities to meet aggressive deliverable dates.
§  Self starter, ability to work independently and with a team.
§  Uses problem solving skills to provide guidance and recommendations with opportunities to improve process or define alternative solutions.
§  Must be able to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries.
§  Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.
§  Ability to build and foster great Business Partner relationships.
§  Must have excellent communication skills.  Must effectively communicate to all levels of partners and management.
§  Must have strong facilitation skills.
 
Experience

§  Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Finance, Business Management
§  4-6 years experience analyzing and defining requirements for Web based systems or eCommerce functionality
§3-4 years Direct Banking experience
§  3-4 years Lending Products exposure
§  Experience with FIS banking systems a plus
§  Practical experience of project management disciplines
§  Visio, Excel, Project
