REQUIREMENT:
1. Deep .NET development experience. Knowledgeof .NET internals, 10+ years of windows development(year of Experiencenot a significant factor if the rest of the profile matches)

3. Deepknowledge of SQL Server development and administration, knowledge of SQL Serverinternals, ability to optimize SQL Server.
4. Performanceoptimization experience for .NET web application
5. Codetriage experience, production debugging and analysis.
6. Experiencein working with clients to design and build solutions with high quality andperformance
7. Thoroughhands-on knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft .NET 4.0, C#,ASP.NET, MS AJAX, MS MVC, MS SQL, IIS, WCF, ADO.NET, XML/Web Services, and SQLServer.
