Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Moline, MI

Duration: 6 months

 

Position 1 : Automotive Safety Controls Engineer (3 Positions)

5-7 years of experience with BS/MS in EE/CS

Key words: Automotive Safety Systems, Control systems, Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow modeling, Auto Coding, CAN, Signal Arbitration

 

Position 2 : Automotive Embedded Software Engineer (3 Positions)

5-7 years of experience with BS/MS in EE/CS

Key words: Automotive Safety Systems, MIL(Model-in-loop), SIL (Software-in-loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-loop), Auto Coding, CAN, Signal Arbitration

 

Position 3 : Automotive Diagnostics Software Engineer (3 Positions)

Automotive Domain experience (Chassis, Body, safety, Powertrain, Infotainment)
Key words: Functional Diagnostics, DFMEA, CAN or GMLAN, Diagnostics protocol, Vector tool chain, Vector Candela

 

Common responsibilities:

 

1)       Experience in Automotive domain  sub-systems preferably Active Safety Systems like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning,  etc

2)       Experience in design and simulation of control systems using Matlab, Simulink & Stateflow, RTW Embedded Coder

3)       Experience in software verification and validation using MIL(Model-in-loop), SIL (Software-in-loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-loop), dSPACE HIL (preferred)

4)       Experience in Software Integration and Maintenance of Data Dictionaries

5)       Ability to coordinate and complete tasks per a release schedule

6)       Ability to identify non-compliance to standards and resolve the issues

7)       Ability to verbalize problem statements as well as suggested enhancements
