Job Title: .Net Lead Developer

Must Have Skills:
·         Full Software Development Lifecycle experience developing large scale applications.
·         Advanced knowledge of .NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET, C#, and AJAX.
·         Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008.
·         Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Microsoft Enterprise Library.
·         Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field.
·         Minimum of 7+ years of ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server software development on enterprise systems.
·         Microsoft Certified Professional Developer
 
Leadership:
·         Provides recommendations to solve business issues
·         Guides peers on creating viable business software assets
·         Teaches team members on best practices towards development frameworks
·         Delivers solutions to management on a regular basis.
 
Analysis:
·         Works independently to resolve complex issues.
·         Demonstrates strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
·         Project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables.
·         Strategic thinking.
·         Attention to Detail:
·         Proven ability to understand business needs.
·         Experience writing technical requirements based on business imperatives.
 
Communications:
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
·         Ability to articulate design and structure in visual frameworks.
 
Teamwork:
·         Ability to work with project manager to ensure project deliverables are met.
·         Interpersonal skills to work with people on all levels of the organization including executives, directors, managers and staff to communicate the strategy, monitor and communicate progress on tactical issues and improve processes and service delivery.
