Position: Business Analyst
Location: Norcross GA
Duration: 3+ Months

 
 
 
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing analysis of all metrics and measures utilized across the sales organization with an eye to increased business performance and organizational effectiveness. (eg. Pipeline metrics, call metrics, sales representative performance measures, phone reports, sample tracking and reporting, etc.)
• Oversee the reporting and analysis of sales results.
• Manage multiple data sources to provide cohesive and usable reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis.
• Develop reporting to support financial modeling, analyzing, communicating and advising on the key metrics and drivers of the business.
• Analyze performance against historical performance, plans, forecasts, and competitive results.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with MBA preferred
• 3-5 years relevant experience in finance or business analysis with proven business acumen and analytical skills
• An advanced level of mastery with Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience with Salesforce.com required
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with financial systems and processes
• Documented development of financial reporting packages
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
• Ability to communicate and interact with high level Management personnel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
