Need Oracle Prod Ops Support Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

5 months plus extension

 

This is a customer (internal) facing trouble support role.  Must be able to communicate and reason with the end user/customer

While this is a technical "trouble shooter" role.... Developers do not make good prospects for this role!

80/20 (or 70/30) Oracle Techno/Functional Analysts: 5+ years in a Tier II or Tier III Production Support environment

Experience in the following:

•             Enterprise monitoring

•             Error Handling

•             AOTS Remedy, or similar Customer Trouble Management Systems

•             SQL, SQL*Plus, Unix experience is a plus, familiarity with TOAD

•             Experience writing technical documents including test cases

•             End to end Issues resolution leadership skills

•             Experience working with Oracle to Open and manage SR (Service Requests)

•             On-call rotation experience

•             Experience in heightened issues resolution with outage management teams

•             Inventory: Standard Functionality for Oracle Module.

Order Management: Standard Functionality for Oracle Module.
