Title: Oracle Apps Production Support Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 5 months plus extension
This is a customer (internal) facing trouble support role. Must be able to communicate and reason with the end user/customer
80/20 (or 70/30) Oracle Techno/Functional Analysts: 5+ years in a Tier II or Tier III Production Support environment
Experience in the following:
Enterprise monitoring
Error Handling
AOTS Remedy, or similar Customer Trouble Management Systems
SQL, SQL*Plus, Unix experience is a plus, familiarity with TOAD
Experience writing technical documents including test cases
End to end Issues resolution leadership skills
Experience working with Oracle to Open and manage SR (Service Requests)
On-call rotation experience
Experience in heightened issues resolution with outage management teams
