Role:-ASP.NET Developer

The ASP.NET developer will work with the existing staff to help create workflow management systems. They will work with the application development manager to determine business requirements, prepare technical design forms, and build new software through existing or newly developed codes. The developer will also correct errors in application systems and test programs to gauge process efficiency.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Analyze, gather requirements, and design of technical specifications.

·         Code, test, and support of new and existing database driven web based workflow management applications.

·         A significant component of this position will be analyzing, supporting and creating applications and recommending and implementing technical solutions to enhance the applications.

·         Familiar with and applies standard concepts, practices, and procedures.

·         Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

·         May lead or direct the work of others.

·         May perform other related duties as requested.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

·         Bachelor's degree in information technology management, computer science, engineering or a related quantitative discipline.

·         2+ years of experience ASP.NET MVC C#.

·         Extensive knowledge of .NET framework.

·         5+ years of experience in architecture, design, development and deployment.

·         Experience with NHybernate is a plus. This may include development languages other than C#, ASP.NET MVC development is mandatory.

·         2+ years of experience with MSSQL Server 2005 or 2008.

·         Experience with GitHub is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

·         Proficient in all aspects of the Agile software development lifecycle.

·         Able to communicate project status, issues and resolutions to the Director of Applications Development in a timely manner.

·         Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

·         A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

·         Database design and complex query development and deployment

·         Must have effective communication skills, programming dexterity and time-management aptitude.
