·         Must be written in ASP.Net using vb.net and visual studio 2010

·         SHAREPOINT

·         WORDPRESS

·         User training and documentation

·         load SSIS package for SQL2005 and 2008

·         Must be able to run under SSL in a secure fashion

·         Must allow potential applicants to upload their personal data in a variety of formats.

·         Must be able to create PDF application packages with data from online submission and uploaded documentation.

·         Must be able to allow an applicant to submit for multiple posting at the same time.

·         Must conform to our web standards
