BPEL Anlayst -  Location - Mountain View, CA

This consultant is expected to be a liaison with the customer and will resolve L1, L2 type of support tickets. The candidate is also expected to work with users and identify & document the requirements of enhancements and translate them into functional specifications which could be used by development teams. The candidate is expected to set good working relationships with the customer and also act as a liaison with off shore teams. The candidate shall have experience in dealing with production support issues and have worked in AMS type of activities.

Required Technical Skills:

Oracle SOA suite which includes BPEL, B2B, ESB, Advance Queuing, Java, J2EE, JDBC.
Very good exposure to SOA 11G suite,
Good working knowledge of the EDI from a B2B perspective.
Oracle (understanding the sql queries and basic trouble shooting), XML, HTML, DHTML, JSP, knowledge of BPEL server administration.
Shell Scripting and hands on unix knowledge

Required Soft Skills:
1) Excellent communication skills
2) Ability to understand and support customer requirements
3) Willingness to work in Support
Knowledge on Integration with Oracle Applications
